Thomas has over 10 years’ experience acting for prominent clients, both domestic and international – providing expert advice in relation to all aspects of property law.
Thomas specialises in large-scale land acquisitions and disposals, petroleum franchising, major and institutional leasing, shopping centre acquisition, disposal and leasing, childcare centre acquisition, disposal and management, hotel acquisition, disposal and management, off-the-plan sales, strata management, greenfield development, due diligence and taxation.
Thomas is commercially minded and outcome-oriented, with positive client results the driving force behind his practice.
